Tips:
- I recommend getting the fresh bunches of kale and spinach, rather than the bags or tubs, because the stalks juice really well so you will get a lot more juice out of it this way.
- Try 2 apples, and then add another if you need more sweetness
- Of course, organic fruits and veggies are best, if possible!
- If you want to be filled up, add a banana
