THE BEST AFTER GYM GREEN JUICE 

 

 

 (recipe makes 2 glasses of juice)

  1. 1 Handful of Kale
  2. 1 Handful of Spinach
  3. 2-3 Granny Smith Apples
  4. 1 Lemon
  5. 1 Small-Medium Sized Cucumber
  6. Approximately 1 inch knob of Ginger
  7. Be creative, you can add nuts seeds, other fruits or berries

Tips:

  • I recommend getting the fresh bunches of kale and spinach, rather than the bags or tubs, because the stalks juice really well so you will get a lot more juice out of it this way.
  • Try 2 apples, and then add another if you need more sweetness
  • Of course, organic fruits and veggies are best, if possible!
  • If you want to be filled up, add a banana
